Message From Our Executive Officer
The Australian School of Applied Management (ASAM) occupies a unique and important position at the forefront of applied management education in Australia. This position is underpinned by the powerful nexus between our expansive engagement with Australian industry and our evolving curriculum.

As a key partner in the WTAA Education Alliance (other schools in the Alliance include Women & Leadership Australia, the National Leadership Institute, and the WTAA Registered Training Organisation) ASAM draws on the experience of a best-of-breed faculty and applied research capabilities.

These capabilities underpin the exceptional programs that link together to make up ASAM's powerful Management Development Pathway which provides a comprehensive developmental framework for Australian managers and organisations. Indeed, the pathway responds to the requirements of Australian organisations by providing management programs that target all stages of the management and leadership journey, from frontline management through to the executive suite.

ASAM also benefits from partnerships with powerful business and government interests and a dedicated advisory group comprising luminaries from private industry, government and Australia's leading universities.

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to ASAM. We look forward to assisting you and your organisation to realise your leadership potential.

Executive Officer, Australian School of Applied Management

The ASAM Experience
At ASAM we pride ourselves on delivering a student experience that is second to none. Through its programs ASAM reaches out to thousands of individual students across a huge number of geographical locations and diverse industry sectors. We are passionate about treating each of our students as individuals and ensuring that their experience is sympathetic to their individual development needs. Since the first ASAM program in 2009, students have consistently sighted the level of support provided through their course as an essential element of their overall development experience.

"Due to the professional delivery of training, coaching, mentoring and sharing of knowledge provided by ASAM, both my teams now deliver above and beyond their KPI's. Assisting the teams to get to this point allows me to focus on future business that will ensure sustainability and growth. On a more personal note, the internal growth achieved has enabled me to maintain a sense of peace and clarity resulting in an extremely positive attitude that has me setting and achieving goals that further enrich my life".

Tracy Neilson, Operations Manager JSA (Albany/Katanning)
