The Australian Applied Management Colloquium sets a new standard in the provision of practice-based, outcome-driven management development education. Spread over an intensive 8-month schedule, the Colloquium focuses on the critical dimensions of effective people management, providing a platform for mid-level managers to explore their own strengths, weaknesses and opportunities as they relate to building and maintaining highly effective teams.

Alternating between delivery modes the Colloquium creates a uniquely engaging and challenging learning environment equipping students with the insights, skills and confidence to accelerate their own careers whilst driving optimal performance within their workplace. Underpinned by extensive research carried out by the Workplace Training Advisory of Australia the program responds to a widespread need to increase the quality of Australian workplaces by understanding and enhancing the critical dimensions of managing people.
